01 Introduction

Welcome to TechDents.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TechDents platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using TechDents, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

02 About TechDents

TechDents is a dental clinic management platform designed to help dental clinics manage appointments, patient records, staff, communications, reports, and operational workflows.

TechDents provides software tools and related services but does not provide dental, medical, healthcare, legal, or financial advice.

The responsibility for patient care, treatment decisions, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations remains solely with the clinic and its authorized professionals.

03 Eligibility

To use TechDents, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the authority to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate and complete account information.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

04 User Accounts

To access certain features, users must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Restricting access to your account.
• Ensuring account information remains accurate and up to date.
• All activities conducted through your account.

You must immediately notify TechDents of any unauthorized use of your account.

05 Clinic Responsibilities

Each clinic using TechDents is solely responsible for:

• Information entered into the platform.
• Patient records stored within the system.
• Communications sent through SMS or email.
• Compliance with applicable healthcare, privacy, and data protection laws.
• Managing user permissions and access rights.

TechDents acts solely as a software provider and does not verify the accuracy or legality of information entered by users.

06 Patient Information & Records

The platform allows clinics to store and manage patient-related information, including but not limited to:

• Patient history
• Medical records
• Orthodontic records
• Surgical records
• Appointment history
• Documents and images
• Radiographs and X-rays

The clinic remains the owner and controller of all patient information entered into the platform.

TechDents does not claim ownership of any patient data.

07 SMS & Email Communications

TechDents provides tools that allow clinics to send appointment reminders and communications through SMS and email. By using these features, clinics agree that:

• They have obtained any necessary permissions or consent from patients.
• Communications are sent in compliance with applicable laws.
• They are responsible for message content.

TechDents is not responsible for patient responses, communication outcomes, or delivery failures caused by third-party providers.

08 Subscription Plans & Billing

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, included services, SMS allowances, and pricing are described on the TechDents pricing page. Unless otherwise specified:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Additional SMS usage may incur separate charges.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

TechDents reserves the right to modify pricing upon reasonable notice.

09 Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the TechDents platform, including software, designs, logos, branding, interfaces, documentation, and content created by TechDents, remain the exclusive property of TechDents. Users may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Reverse engineer
• Distribute
• Resell
• License
• Create derivative works

without prior written authorization.

10 Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with platform security.
• Use the Service to violate the rights of others.
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications.

TechDents reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11 Data Security

TechDents implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information stored within the platform.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with internet-based services.

12 Availability of Service

We strive to maintain reliable service availability. However, TechDents does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally experience:

• Maintenance periods
• System updates
• Technical interruptions
• Third-party service disruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features as necessary.

13 Backups & Data Retention

TechDents may perform routine backups to support business continuity and disaster recovery.

While we make reasonable efforts to protect stored information, clinics remain responsible for maintaining any records required by law or internal policy.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechDents shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions

arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

The total liability of TechDents shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechDents, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Violation of third-party rights

16 Termination

TechDents may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Payment obligations are not met.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.
• Continued access presents a security risk.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time, subject to applicable billing obligations.

17 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon publication of the updated version. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TechDents is registered and operates.

Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
